Discover how to create beautiful landscapes using the Glass-on-Glass (GOG) mosaic technique in this interactive online workshop with Cindy Laneville.

Throughout four live Zoom sessions, Cindy will demonstrate her approach to creating depth, light, reflections, and natural textures using stained glass. Explore how colour, value, and the directional placement of glass can transform a landscape photograph into an expressive mosaic.

Follow along using Cindy's red canoe landscape reference image and pattern, or choose a favourite landscape photograph of your own. If you choose your own image, please share it with Cindy beforehand to ensure it's suitable for the workshop.

The focus is on learning techniques you can apply to future projects while developing your own creativity and confidence.

Workshop Details

Dates: January 12, 19, 26 & February 2, 2027

Time: 7:00–9:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Fee: $395 CAD + HST

Basic stained-glass cutting experience is recommended. Participants supply their own glass, tools, adhesive, and glass backing.

There's no expectation that your mosaic will be completed during the four sessions. Work at your own pace and revisit the recordings whenever you need.
