Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, the amount you paid will be held as a credit and may be applied toward another Cindy Laneville workshop within 12 months of your original workshop date.

If the new workshop is higher in price, the difference will be payable at registration. No cash refunds will be issued for unused workshop credits.

If a workshop is cancelled by Cindy Laneville, you will have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring your registration to a future workshop.
